Project Background

The Aminah Jamil - Integrative Birth Guide website was designed to embody warmth, empowerment, and a deep sense of care for expectant parents. This project aimed to create a seamless digital space where potential clients could learn about the holistic, integrative services offered and feel supported from the first visit to the last scroll.

Project Goals

• Develop an intuitive and inviting website that reflects the integrative and compassionate nature of Aminah Jamil’s practice.
• Provide clear, engaging content that informs potential clients about the full range of services.
• Integrate a user-friendly contact form for client reach-out.
• Establish a platform that positions Aminah Jamil as a trusted resource for education and support in the field of birth guidance in Arusha, Tanzania.

Implementation

The project was implemented using a custom approach to ensure seamless user experience and informative content delivery. Custom components were built, including tabs for services, which allowed the services to be grouped and displayed according to different trimesters. This structure provided clarity and ease of navigation for users seeking trimester-specific support.

Additionally, a brief Dubsado client intake form was integrated into the site to streamline the client onboarding process, facilitating a straightforward way for potential clients to share their information and book consultations.

Challenges

One of the significant challenges faced during the project was ensuring that the site design evoked the right emotional response—balancing professionalism with warmth and approachability. Additionally, ensuring that the website remained easy to navigate while still informative was another balancing act that required iterative design and feedback loops.

Outcome

The completed website successfully elevated Aminah Jamil’s digital presence, creating an inviting platform that resonated with users. The website not only met but exceeded project goals by fostering trust, enhancing user engagement, and streamlining client interactions.

The result was a user-friendly, visually appealing site that aligned with Aminah Jamil’s mission of offering support and empowerment to all who visited. Feedback from both the client and site visitors highlighted the intuitive design and welcoming atmosphere as key strengths of the project.
